Important information regarding COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are experiencing delays in processing patient referrals. Please expect a slightly longer response time for patient intake calls and a longer wait time to see our volunteer practitioners.

We still continue to accept patient referrals and provide emergency dental service for patients with acute pain or infection. Please do not hesitate to reach out and we will put you in contact with one of our dentists on call for emergency dental services as soon as possible.

Your health and safety is our top concern. Our practitioners are following universal best practices in infection prevention and control every day, and clinic members are following strict hygiene and sanitization protocols which protect patients from all potential risks, including respiratory illnesses and COVID-19.

Patients are required to complete COVID-19 screening questions prior to their appointments with any practitioner and follow screening protocols for patients at clinics.
